ZDCF-9自動氟離(li)子測定儀

一、產品(pin)特(te)點：主要用(yong)于測(ce)定煤(mei)中氟的測(ce)定，根(gen)據GB/T4633利用高溫(wen)燃燒(shao)水解——氟離子選擇性電極(ji)法測定煤(mei)中(zhong)總(zong)氟量，可供煤(mei)炭、電力(li)、冶金和地質勘(kan)探等(deng)部門的(de)實驗室使用。

I. Product characteristics: Mainly used to determine the fluorine in the coal. It determines the total fluorine in the coal by using the high temperature combustion hydrolyzing--fluoride ion selective electrode method in the national standard GB/T4633, and can be used by the laboratories of coal, power, metallurgy and geological prospecting sectors, etc.

1、本儀器集控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)、攪拌(ban)及蒸汽量(liang)控(kong)(kong)制于一體(ti)，微電腦(nao)蒸汽多段控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)，穩定性高(gao)，體(ti)積(ji)小，小功率耗電量(liang)小，測定精度高(gao)是目前實驗(yan)室理想的氟含量(liang)測定儀器。

1. The meter integrates temperature control, mixing and steam amount control, with microcomputer for steam multi-stage temperature control, leading to high stability, small volume, small power consumption due to the small power and high determination accuracy, being an ideal fluorine content meter for the laboratories at present.

本儀(yi)器采用連續自動電子控(kong)溫，實時(shi)控(kong)制升溫電流(liu)，溫度控(kong)制精(jing)確。

The meter uses the continuous automatic electronic temperature control, and controls the current for temperature rise in real time, resulting in accurate temperature control.

2、本儀器(qi)在一(yi)代設(she)備的基礎(chu)上(shang)，改(gai)進了送(song)樣(yang)(yang)裝置，由人(ren)工(gong)送(song)樣(yang)(yang)改(gai)為(wei)連續自動送(song)樣(yang)(yang)，避免(mian)了人(ren)工(gong)送(song)樣(yang)(yang)，異徑管爆燃易(yi)裂(lie)的弊端。

2. The sample presentation device of the meter is improved on the basis of the first-generation equipment: changed from manual sample presentation to continuous automatic sample presentation, to avoid the disadvantage of deflagration and easy crack of the reducing pipe during manual sample presentation.

3、送(song)樣(yang)更加穩定連續性強(qiang)，送(song)樣(yang)時間精(jing)準，提高了檢驗(yan)結(jie)果的精(jing)確(que)度，簡化(hua)了實驗(yan)人(ren)員的操作程(cheng)序。

3. The sample presentation is more stable and has a strong continuity, and the sample presentation time is accurate, which increases the accuracy of the inspection result and simplifies the operating procedures of the experimenter.

4、采(cai)用(yong)單管式高溫爐為(wei)燃燒爐，長(chang)(chang)壽命硅碳(tan)管加熱器件，克服了雙管長(chang)(chang)時間加熱導(dao)致異徑(jing)管變形，溫度改變相互(hu)產生影響，造成檢測樣(yang)品(pin)的準確度誤差增大、降(jiang)低精(jing)度的缺(que)點(dian)。

4. It uses single high-temperature tubular furnace as the combustion furnace and the long-life silicon-carbon tube heating element, to overcome the shortcomings that long-time heating by both tubular furnaces results in deformation of the reducing pipe, and temperature change generates mutual influence resulting in increase of the accuracy error and reduction of the accuracy of the tested samples.

5、本儀器(qi)操作集中、簡單，容易(yi)控制(zhi)避免了(le)以(yi)前(qian)兩支石英異徑管所(suo)處位置不同(tong)，工作人(ren)員調試設備時(shi)費事、費時(shi)的情況(kuang)。

5. The meter offers centralized and simple operations and is easy to control, to avoid the previous situation that the two quartz reducing pipes were in different positions thus it took trouble and time for the staff to debug the equipment.

6、外填充鋁和硅酸(suan)鋁保溫棉以(yi)起到(dao)良(liang)好的保溫性能和充分長(chang)度的恒溫區。

6. Aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton is filled externally to offer good thermal insulation performance and a constant temperature zone in a sufficient length.

7、本儀器(qi)采(cai)用微電(dian)腦控制，觸摸液(ye)晶顯(xian)示屏，顯(xian)示更直(zhi)觀，數(shu)據存儲量大，可自行編輯程(cheng)序(xu)。

7. The meter is controlled by a microcomputer, with a touch LCD for more intuitive display, and can store a large amount of data and be programmed.

8、  輸入檢測數據可以自動換算結果，無需人工計算，數據保存，查(cha)詢方便簡潔(jie)，信息集中，明確，一目了(le)然。

8. The test data entered can be automatically converted to the results, requiring no manual calculation; the data storage and query are convenient and simple, and the information is centralized and clear at a glance.
